“But the Lord was with Joseph, and he [though a slave] was a successful and prosperous man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian. And his master saw that the Lord was with him and that the Lord made all that he did to flourish and succeed in his hand. [Gen. 21:22; 26:27, 28; 41:38, 39.] So Joseph pleased [Potiphar] and found favor in his sight, and he served him. And [his master] made him supervisor over his house and he put all that he had in his charge.”

As it turned out, GOD was with Joseph and things went very well with him. He ended up living in the home of his Egyptian master. His master recognized that GOD was with him, saw that GOD was working for good in everything he did. He became very fond of Joseph and made him his personal aide. He put him in charge of all his personal affairs, turning everything over to him. From that moment on, GOD blessed the home of the Egyptian—all because of Joseph. The blessing of GOD spread over everything he owned, at home and in the fields, and all Potiphar had to concern himself with was eating three meals a day. Joseph was a strikingly handsome man.

Lords favor :
• Makes me successful in the place I am
• Makes me prosperous in the position I am
• Makes me flourish and makes all that I do flourish
• Makes me succeed in everything I put my hand to
• Makes all things go well with me
Because of this Favor of Lord upon me :
• I will please people around me
• I will please my superiors/my higher authorities
○ They will be happy about me
○ They will think high of me
○ They will put their trust in me
○ They will recognize me
○ They will become very fond of me
○ They will make me their personal aide
○ They will prefer me
○ They will notice that whatever I put my hand to will succeed , will prosper ..
