Walk the faith!

Sometimes there are little things in our daily life that offend us or irritate us. May be sometimes it happens lot with children in the family offending us from their behaviors, they try to irritate us but by being disobedient to our instructions and so forth . . But during their actions or conversations with us they are also watching our reactions to see if We are offended or are We demonstrating the words that we are preaching them to follow . When we defend the word Of God that we are preaching but instead give up to the temptations of the flesh and get offended , then the faith of the little ones it’s affected.

So we have hard trials and temptations ( these are nothing but offense), they come everyday. The Bible they are bound to come.

What kind of offenses are these? What are these temptations targeting?

– They come against the truth that you read or mediated from the word of the God

– They come against the Rhema you received for that day or for that situations you are facing

– They come against your faith to trust in the word

The Bible instructs us to do the following:

• Don’t ever cause the little ones (out there new baby believer’s) to stumble in faith or to lose faith.- they are watching you!
• Don’t lowly influence your children with your negative behavior
• Your actions may cause them to triple and sin, please don’t be held accountable ( God holds parents accountable for their children)
• Don’t set the little ones to believe your unbelief!!
• Don’t give hard time to little ones

In this scenario when I am offended – What am I supposed to do?

• Pay attention to your behaviors
• Pay attention to your walk ( are you living the talk)
• Guard yourself and look out for one another to walk in love
• You will have to be careful in my actions
• Take care of what you do
• Watch what you do
• Live your Christian life right with no scandalous behavior
• Living Christian Life scandalously breaks the heart of the little ones who are trying to walk their faith life. It affects their belief in jesus

Why am I supposed to so?

• Because you are accountable as a parent for the growth of your children physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
• To avoid the bad harvest

Lord help me to be careful in my actions before my children in Jesus Name Amen
