Romans 12 :

Living sacrifice to God ( living a life as a surrender to Him )

Living the way that’s acceptable to Him is the true way of worshipping Him

Don’t :

Don’t copy the behavior of the world

Don’t accept the customs of the world

Don’t think you are better than others

Don’t just pretend to love others

Never be lazy

Don’t curse others

Don’t think you know it all

Don’t pay back evil with evil

Don’t take refuge

Don’t let evil conquer you

Let not stress conquer you

Let not negative thoughts conquer you

Let not pressure conquer you

Let not pride conquer you

Let not selfishness conquer you

Dos :

Live the way thats pleasing Him

Allowing God to transform you into a new person

Allowing God to change your thinking pattern

Knowing Gods will

Evaluate yourself honestly

Evaluate yourself with the measure of faith God has given you

Really love people

Hate evil

Hold tightly to good

Love each other with genuine affection

Take delight in honoring each other

Serve the Lord enthusiastically

Work hard

Rejoice in the Lord

Be patient in trouble

Keep on praying

Be ready to help Gods people

Always be eager to practice hospitality

Bless those who persecute you , pray for them

Be happy with those who are happy

Weep with those who weep

Live in harmony with each other

Don’t be too proud to enjoy the company of the ordinary people

Do things in a way that everyone can see you are honorable

Do all that you can to live in peace with everyone

Conquer evil by doing good

MSG translation says :

what I should do to get Gods help in achieving this living sacrifice life :

Take your everyday, ordinary life

your sleeping,

eating,

going-to-work,

and walking-around life and

place it before God as an offering.

Embracing what God does for you is

fix your attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out.

Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it.

God brings the best out of you, and develops well-formed maturity in you.

Prayer :

Lord I give myself to you , you take me and help me develop well formed maturity in me. I ask your forgiveness for all my wrong doings and help me lead my life the way it pleases you in Jesus name amen .
