• Joshua was given the role of leader by God
• Joshua was also given the manual /book of instructions to succeed and prosper as a leader by God Himself.
What does a Leadership demand out of you?
1. Leadership demands success
○ You are in the focus light where people watch you:
– They watch you lead
– They watch you plan
– They watch you speak
– They watch your abilities and capabilities
– They watch you deal situations and circumstances
– They watch you take up challenges
– They watch you perform and succeed !!
2. Leadership demands prosperity
○ You are in the focus light where people watch you prosper in your leadership
– Are you able to prosper in your plans?
– Are you able to grow and climb up ladders in your role?
– Are you prospering and making your team, company , family prosper? Etc..
To be successful and prosperous as Leader :
Do’s:
• study the book of instruction – the Bible : Continually
• meditate on it day and night
• make sure to obey everything written in it
• Make confessions and recite them day and night
Dont’s:
• Do not deviate from Word of God , Do not loose your focus on it
Now that you are equipped with the instructions fully :
• Proceed boldly and courageously without any fear of failure for He is with you and He will not fail you nor abandon you.
• He will be with you where you go
Results :
You as a leader will :
• Deal wisely
• Have good success
• Accomplish your objectives
• Be able to take up your job, your land
